Entry deadline
The deadline for entries for all classes is 23:59 on 28 February 2025.
How to register
All federated athletes, as well as non-federated athletes belonging to clubs affiliated to the FPO, must register via the OriOasis OASIS system.
All other athletes can register by sending an email to ciom@cpoc.pt with the following details:
- Name(s) of participant(s).
- Date(s) of birth of the participant(s).
- Name of the club or team you want to form.
- POF membership number(s) (in the case of non-affiliated participants it is necessary to indicate the tax identification number - NIF).
- SI Card number(s). If you don't have one, you will be given a ‘normal’ SI card. Anyone wishing to rent a SIAC instead must explicitly state this. If the rented SI card is lost or not returned, you will have to pay between 30€ (‘normal’ v8) and 66€ (SIAC).
- Stage or stages in which you wish to take part.
- Indication of the desired payment method (bank transfer or MBWAY).
- Mobile phone number (compulsory for MBWAY payments).
If there are several participants, indicate whether they are all going individually, all in a group and/or combinations of groups (indicating which participants are in each group).
Confirmation of enrolment will be sent by email from the OriOasis platform and will include information on how to pay.

Other Taxes:
SI card rental - Athletes taking part in competition and training classes will be charged a daily fee of €1.50 if they need to hire a normal SI Card, or €3 if they opt for an AIR SI Card.
In the open age groups, there will be no additional SI Card hire fee, but you will have to leave a deposit of €30 or €66 at the secretariat, depending on the SI Card. At the end of the race, athletes must go to the Secretariat, where they will redeem the deposit by handing in their Sport Ident.
Last minute changes and cancellation of entries - Changes made after February 28th changes of class, change of SI Card, etc.) are subject to an additional fee of €2.00.

For entries registered via email (ciom@cpoc.pt), payment must be made by bank transfer or mbway.
