Rules and other useful information:

- Missing a control will cost the disqualification of the runner.

- It’s totally forbidden to punch a control over a defined barrier on the terrain. Barriers should be rounded and stations should be controlled from the side were the control is located.

- The map will be printed at 1:800 and the courses will be prepared for a winning time around 5 to 6 minutes.

- Map limits will be the same on the different rounds but the objects inside the map will be changed from one round to another (all groups on the same round will use equal maps) and the courses will be obviously different from round to round.

- There will be a quarantine area starting 20 minutes before the first starting group at 14:40. It will be necessary because the courses of the different groups inside a round will be the same to help spectators understanding the show given by the runners; Runners outside quarantine areas can be disqualified.

- The starting área will be splitted in two. The quarantine area and the starting area where runners will be called 10 minutes before start.

 - If there is a draw between 2 runners on the last qualified position of the preliminary rounds, both runners will be qualified and the next round will have one more runner.

- Groups will be formed by POM 2009 Organization that will try to balance all different groups on similar levels considering the classes of runners on the main event, their WRE ranking if they run in Elite or other elements know to the organizers.
